John leads the team at Bos with over 30 years of experience in the landscape industry. He is a certified Horticultural Technician and assists clients in redefining their outdoor spaces. Creating highly personalized and functional spaces through professional workmanship is his expertise.

Ingrid Jansema
Office Administration
Ingrid is the friendly voice behind the phone when you call the Bos office. She’s a detail-oriented person and works behind scenes looking after all the administrative tasks. She’s often referred to as the ‘Bos Mom” as she loves to serve clients and the Bos team.
Justin Bos
Construction Foreman
Justin has been working for Bos landscaping since it was founded, with 10 years of experience in construction. He loves getting his hands dirty and is the hand’s on man when it comes to your landscape hardscape.
